JOB DESCRIPTION:- Open Position Senior Python Developer
Location Pune, Hybrid
Must-Have: Python, Django, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS- Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects.
- Write modular, reusable, and excellent-quality code through TDD, code reviews and implementation and comply with Leapfrog standards and guidelines. Ensure the same within the team.
Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensuring proper technical documentation.- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of the application.
Be involved in project risk analysis and mitigation, continuously review problems to determine the root cause in order to prevent them in the future.
- Automate deployments, integrate CI and perform manual deployments when needed.
Mentor and share knowledge within and outside the team when necessary and help in the continuous growth of junior team members.- Communicate effectively with the client and team.
Keep up with technology trends, implement trending technologies within the project and provide training to the team.
- Be an active leader and get involved in ensuring the implementation of organizational culture, process, and standards in the team.
Graduate in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in web development.
Python experience of 3+ years with hands-on experience in web frameworks in Python. Django preferred.- Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL and good knowledge of ORM. NoSQL knowledge would be welcomed as an added advantage.
Experience with containerization and docker. Kubernetes knowledge will be a plus.
- Experienced with the AWS ecosystem or similar cloud-based providers developing scalable websites/services.
Experience in the automation tools such as selenium and testing tools such as pytest and locust- Hands-on experience developing, releasing, and maintaining large-scale software applications.
Experience in leading or managing a development team.
