- Responsibilities include developing end-to-end test automation scripts and solutions for web and mobile applications.
- Primary skills required are strong Python programming knowledge, expertise in web/mobile UI automation using tools like Selenium or Appium, familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Unittest), and analytical thinking to overcome challenges independently.
- Additionally, proficiency with various testing tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), test management software, bug tracking systems, and CI tools (e.g., Jenkins) is necessary. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the application/domain and take QA ownership.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts within a Python-based framework.
- Analyze automation failures in CI/CD systems to enhance software quality.
