- Provide prompt and effective technical support to customer support agents, addressing their queries and issues related to the company's online travel booking system, including API integrations with various booking systems built using Python.
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems reported by customer support agents, provide step-by-step resolution procedures or guidance to troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing issues related to the website, booking systems, and API integrations.
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify the causes of new or complex technical issues, and document appropriate solutions to prevent their recurrence.
- Monitor internal dashboards, API health metrics, and other system performance indicators, identify any anomalies or performance issues, and based on the severity and priority, escalate critical issues to the relevant engineering team for further investigation and resolution.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and best practices for system usage and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to the company's online travel booking system, API integrations, and Python codebase, actively participating in training and development opportunities.
