Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Patton Group located in Uluberia. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, managing inventory levels, and optimizing production processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong background in production management, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance
• Experience in coordinating production schedules and managing inventory levels
• Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in the PVC manufacturing industry.
