Buyer Roles and Responsibilty
| RM Parts schedule preparation and sharing with supplier |
| Purchase order management as per demand & amendment in demand |
| Measure supplier performance against deliveries |
| Supplier relationship management by conducting MRG meetings |
| Coordinate with planning, warehouse, logistics & sourcing for ensuring timely delivery of RM parts |
| Inventory impact analysis as per change management |
| Review MOQ, FLM & Lead time with supplier and sourcing and align as per plant requirement |
| Work on improvement projects for supplier delivery performace enhacement |
| Proactively work on capacity constraint at supplier end for 3 months rolling forecast |
| Knowledge of taxes, eway bill, shipment terms & payment terms |
| Ensure statutory and Legal complaince for buying activities |
