Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Manager at VIBRANT GROUP located in New Delhi. As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's purchasing activities, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and maintaining vendor relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while adhering to quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing market trends, and optimizing purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of international sourcing and import/export regulations is a plus
• Certification in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus
