1. Overall responsibility of Purchase & Stores function

2. Quality & Cost-Effective Raw Material Purchase & Procurement 3. To follow up for Purchase Order & timely material delivery to plant.

4. Development of alternative sources & reduction of Principal Accountability : Purchase Cost.

5. To ensure No Production or process lost due to unavailability of Materials. 6. RateComparing & Cost Saving.

7. Toensure Monthly stock taking and verification 8. System implementation of Store & Purchase Function. 9. Liasioning and development of New Vendor.

10. Liasioning with Foundry/Machine Shop Production to maintain optimum inventory.

11. Strengthen professional relationship with vendors and Business Partners. Authorities : Matter related to stores & purchase.

Qualification/Experience /Knowledge/Skills : 8-10 yrs experience with tally & ERP, MBA Fin & marketing
