Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Manager at Samco Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. located in Faridabad. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining purchasing records, and monitoring inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Experience in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract management
- Ability to analyze market trends and source cost-effective suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using procurement software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are a plus
