Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Purchase Manager at Firefly Pumps located in Kolhapur. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The Purchase Manager will also collaborate with other departments to identify needs and develop strategies to optimize procurement processes.

- Experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Familiarity with purchasing software and systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the firefighting or manufacturing industry is a plus
