Responsibilities: - Source, research, identify potential local & oversea suppliers/ contractors
Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers- Prepare cost comparison analysis & get quotations between potential suppliers
Coordinate with transporter to ensure smooth delivery of products, machineries, equipments
- Address any issues and discrepancies related to orders
Issue monthly purchase order for certain consumable items- Update and provide reports on procurement issues and status to project manager
Work closely with project manager/ designers to understand their requirements for the project procurement
- To plan the purchases strictly according to timeline & approved budget
