Job Roles & Responsibilities:
12.Arrange transportation for delivery of material.
13.Coordination with Project team for dispatch of material.
14.Coordination with accounts team for the payment and PDC.
15.Maintain business relations with the OEM & arrange regular meetings with them to revise the existing contracts with the best available rates in the market.
16.Engage in imports related activities & work on documentation process of the same.
17.Dispatching the material to site.
18.Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
19.Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
20.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
21.Approving purchase orders and organising and confirming delivery of goods and services.
22.Discover profitable suppliers andinitiatebusiness and organizationpartnerships.
23.Negotiate with external vendors to secureadvantageousterms.
24.Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
25.Finalise purchasedetails of orders and deliveries.
26.Examine and test existing contracts.
27.Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
28.Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
29.Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
Requirements and skills
1.Proven working experience in the same area.
2.Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
3.Talent in negotiations and networking
4.Good knowledgeof supplier or third party management software
5.Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
6.Experience in collecting and analysing data
7.Strong leadership capabilities, capability of work under pressure.
