Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Executive at Istaka. The Purchasing Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase management. The role also involves effective communication and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The Purchasing Executive will contribute to the procurement process and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources for production.

Qualifications

• Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management skills
• Strong communication/negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience in vendor management and negotiation
• Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
