Position :Stores & Purchase officer
As a Stores & Purchase Officer at Sprint Consys Pvt. Ltd. you will be responsible for Managing stores and purchase of electrical components required for Electrical production department. The ideal candidate for this role would share our passion for creatingand innovating new methods of purchase and managing stores in a highly dynamic,fast-paced environment.
Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical components, systems, and terminology to effectively manage inventory and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in managing stock levels, tracking inventory, and using inventory management software.
Supplier Relations
: Ability to evaluate and negotiate with suppliers, and understand vendor performance and product quality.Procurement Processes
: Knowledge of procurement procedures, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management. ERP awareness is mustAttention to Detail
: Accuracy in maintaining records, processing orders, and verifying inventory levels.Time Management
: Efficiently managing tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.Record Keeping: Maintaining up-to-date records of inventory, purchases, and supplier information.
Cost Analysis: Ability to analyse costs, manage budgets, and seek cost-effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Skills in identifying and resolving issues related to inventory discrepancies or supplier problems.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers.
Customer Service
: Providing support and resolving issues related to orders and inventory for internal teams or external clients.
Software Skills
: Familiarity with inventory management systems, procurement software, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant safety and regulatory standards for electrical products.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that purchased items meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Adaptability
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage unexpected challenges, and implement new processes as needed.
- Experience
- 1. Experience 3-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel manufacturing company.
- 2. Purchasing experience of 5-6 Cr purchasing annually.
- 1. Graduate, engineering with flair of purchasing experience will be added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 - 32,000.00 per month
