Job Description:

Advanced Baking Concepts Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. This role is critical to our supply chain management and will focus on negotiating with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency, and optimizing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead vendor negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms.

Manage the full procurement process, including sourcing, cost optimization, and contract management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across all outlets.

Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement needs with production and sales targets.

Identify and evaluate potential vendors, staying updated on market trends.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in the F&B industry.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Experience with inventory management systems (POSIST experience is a plus).

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Strategic thinker with a focus on cost efficiency and process improvement.
