Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing software

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective purchasing
- Identify and source reliable suppliers and negotiate the best prices and terms
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage vendor performance
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and provide guidance and support
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations
- Optimize inventory levels and implement inventory control measures
- Manage and resolve any purchasing-related issues or disputes
- Conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations and implement appropriate corrective actions
