The person should be well versed with procurement of materials and finalizing contractors for various construction activities.
He/she should be well aware of rates of various items, comparison of quotations, preparation of purchase orders, approval procedure of invoices and disbursement of payment to suppliers and contractors.
He/she should be well versed with microsoft office and should posses good communication and negotiation skill.
Should have 5 years of relevant experience.
