Position Overview: We are seeking a competent and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee our company's procurement process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services to meet the company's operational requirements.
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring cost-effective acquisitions.
- Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships to secure advantageous terms.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and optimize stock levels to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with finance to establish budgets, track spending, and analyze cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
8 years of experience in procurement, with proven expertise in sourcing and negotiating contracts.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership and team management experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ERP systems/Telly and e-procurement tools.
Note:- Battery Manufacturing Experience Must.
Salary will be 60k to 65 CTC
