Proactively identify new vendors for various products, identify vendors competition Get quotations from vendors as per requirement of materials, verify them and select the right fit with help of respective department Expedite quotations from the vendors.
Coordination with Plant for the requirement and delivery of Material. Quality Control Inspection for incoming goods
Verify and approve incoming goods / inventories, mange MIS records for the same and be accountable for the approval of vendor invoices
Market dynamics follow-up, full supply-chain of each product to be analyses Manage ethics and code of conduct in purchase activities and inform management for any irregularities.
