Purchase Manager

Position: Purchase Manager

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with vendors for samples, negotiating terms and onboarding new vendors

• Maintaining and updating vendor database for high quality, luxury gourmet food, packaging, and non-food products.

• Managing and liaising with multiple brands and vendors to place orders

• Introducing new products, setting and developing processes, and verifying and processing vendor invoices.

• Managing retail inventory and liaising with vendors for product re-orders, large bulk orders, replenishments, expiries, and products to be returned to vendors.

• Managing procurement of all packaging, gifting and raw materials required for the caf.

• Managing inventory stored at the warehouse and planning and organizing movements between warehouse and stores based on requirements.

• Verifying all vendor bills and maintaining a sheet to track status of all payments

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

• 5+ years of procurement and vendor management experience

• Strong Excel and vendor management experience

• Strong communication and organization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 550,000.00 - 700,000.00 per year
