Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling Operations & Planning
- Daily inbound management
- Vendor scheduling management
- Monitor availability of stock and make appropriate arrangements to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchase, availability and scheduling
- KRA - Scheduling Efficiency and Inbound Utilization.
Vendor management
- Payments & commercials management
- Fill rate & scheduling performance follow ups with Vendors
- Collaboration with 500+ Vendors of different brands
- KRA - FIll rates
Coordinations
- Warehouse Coordination and Purchase coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Invoice Problems or GRN problems SOP to be followed by coordinating with FC/Category/Payments team etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchasing/Inventory Management.
- Proven experience in handling vendors and brands, particularly within the FMCG market.
- Strong understanding of supply chain procedures and warehouse operations.
- Good product knowledge and familiarity with vendor sourcing practices.
- Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a warehouse environment.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel, to do daily analysis and support business requirements.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
- Communicate politely and effectively with business support stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- To have clear and concise communication to avoid miscommunication and operational disruptions.
- Adapt to changing operational demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
