Job Title: Purchase Executive
  • Location: Navi Mumbai
  • Reports To: Purchase Executive
  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement and a strong understanding of Tally software. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Relations:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable service.
Conduct supplier performance reviews and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Tally Software Management:
  • Utilize Tally software to record purchase transactions, maintain purchase records, and generate reports.
Reconcile purchase orders and invoices in Tally to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on analysis of procurement data.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Tally software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
