_Key Responsibilities:_
1) On daily basis stock update online, and store management
2) Supervise quality and quantity of Raw material received from vendor
3) Market visit and vendor meet for 3 to 4 days in a week
4) Develop new vendors, meet them regularly.
5) Sending enquiries to vendor, Making Techno- commercial comparative of all existing regular vendor and new vendor, present them to management
6) Negotiate properly with mail, phone call , and finalize the L1, depending on availability,quality and price
7) Based on the project forecast, prepare JOB card, plan procurement and order raw material as per requirement, prior to production . Before production starts each JOB card has to be checked for the material availability in the store.
8) Check utility, Nitrogen, LPG, Paint, nut,bolt, screw ,washer , power, water for production and machine testing.
9) Make all reports like store stock, ready machine list, margin calculation, costing
10) Updating costing and price list on a regular basis. Making costing for quotation
11) Regular post lunch meeting with production team for critical requirement of raw material , tool and report to management (Soma Dey)
12) Coordination with sales team and customer for logistics and transport for timely dispatch
13) Coordinate for machine loading from the factory and unloading at site in the supervision of Tempcon's representative in critical cases.
14) Arrange raw material for service
15) Coordinate for Vendor payment
