Job Overview

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Tech 4 Logic Pvt. Ltd. As a Purchase Executive, your role will involve managing the procurement process and ensuring efficient purchase of goods and services. This includes identifying potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. This is a Full-Time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and is suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred, but not mandatory for fresher candidates.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitioning, sourcing, and purchasing.
  • Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to ensure the best price, quality, and delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, taking into consideration cost, quality, and terms.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with vendors, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide them with timely support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor information.
  • Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
