Purchase Executive

Job description

You will ensure work on generation of purchase orders, communicating purchase orders to vendors

Day to day vendor management in terms of coordination of supply ensuring material gets connected within the timeline from the vendor.

You will work on Data keeping on updates, responsible for managing select vendors supply

Actual order vs supply at Purchase order level, discussion with vendors on stocks which are not received , tracking mechanism of the same

Coordination with cross functional departments.
