Purchase executive- Electrical Panel

1.Procurement for Paid team, Trading team, Customer care (Warranty team)& plant maintenance non inventory products

i.Scoping of work (kick off) to sales team.

ii.Negotiations, Comparison/Note for Approvals, PO release, Material availability & confirmation for BOM required as per SORM/SO.

iii.Work Order release for service Contracts against AMC/projects.

2.Paid Team items includes LV/MV switchgear, control gear, Automation products (PLCs with Accessories, Scada, drives etc), CD class items (fabrication, wire, busbar, terminals, supports etc), Power cables, Cables trays etc. along with VCB/ACB/TRF service, R&M work, I&C work etc. 3.Trading Items includes- Bus ways (Sand witch/Air insulated), EMS system, UPS, Hybrid AHF Panels, Fire Suppression system for Electricals Panels. 4.Plant Maintenance- Electrical Machinery Repair, Spare material, IT products laptop/desktop, new machinery like AC's etc. 5. Team Support and Leadership-

i. Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment.

ii. Contribute to team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
