Job Overview
Microsystem IT Solution is seeking a Purchase & Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Purchase & Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for procuring IT equipment from reliable sources and delivering them to our clients in Tamil Nadu. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Familiarity with IT equipment and technology is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu
Roles And Responsibilities
- Source and procure IT equipment from reliable sources according to client requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage inventory and keep track of stock levels
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of purchases
- Ensure timely delivery of IT equipment to clients across Tamil Nadu
- Coordinate with delivery team to schedule and plan deliveries
- Arrange for installation and provide assistance to clients during the installation process
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding deliveries or installations
