Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Purchase Cum Billing Manager with a degree
in Civil Engineering and 4-5 years of experience in the real estate industry. This role is crucial
for managing procurement activities and overseeing billing processes to ensure efficiency and
accuracy in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of materials and services for real
estate projects. Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
BOQ and POQ Handling: Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Purchase
Orders (POQ). Ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
Billing and Invoicing: Manage and process billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with contractual agreements.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, manage
orders, and resolve any procurement or billing issues.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of procurement and billing activities.
Generate and present reports on procurement and billing status.
Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with company policies and industry
regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in procurement and billing within a real estate firm.
Skills: Proficient in BOQ, POQ, and billing procedures. Strong procurement and
financial management skills.
Communication: Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling procurement and billing tasks.
