- Support category procurement with implementation of sourcing initiatives.
- Manage contract implementation and develop relationships/partnership with suppliers and track their performance.
- Implement supplier development activities defined in the cross-functional review meetings with suppliers to improve performance and further reduce cost.
- Manage partnerships with stakeholders on a global scale at all levels in the organization.
- Look for cost reduction opportunities.
The right candidate we are looking for:
- Has a Bachelors or Master s degree, preferably in procurement and/or relevant technical discipline with minimum 5 years of work experience.
- Has a strong negotiation skills.
- Takes initiative to go above and beyond to add value.
- Has a highly developed communication skills and (external) networking capabilities.
- Has a capability of working in a fast paced and often changing environment.
