Reputation Analyst / Sr. Reputation Analyst
The primary objective of this role includes the ability to comprehend client business easily and what business impact the client wishes to achieve by engaging our services. This role also expects you to deliver seamless execution of the planned campaigns and continuously measure the impact delivered vis--vis the planned outcome. Fine-tuning the campaign in consultation with the team to adapt to the changed context and constantly meet the promised expectations.
General Description -
The Reputation Analyst is responsible for media, content and creative support within an Account Team (or teams) to contribute to the success of those teams in managing the public relations and marketing requirements of our valuable clients.
Reputation Analyst reports to a Reputation Manager or Reputation Architect. However, the person holding the position will be required to apply initiative and take responsibility for completing tasks with minimum supervision.
This position requires a reasonable degree of client engagement, and therefore, good personal presentation and knowledge of client products and operations are needed.
The Reputation Analyst position is a stepping-stone to Reputation Manager. The progression to the more senior position requires the Analyst to demonstrate consulting and marketing skills that will result in effective and efficient client account management.
