About The Role:
An esteemed five-star hotel in NCR seeks a strategic and proactive PR Manager to join their team. This role requires a candidate with a flair for hospitality and a strong foundation in PR and reputation management. Ideal for someone who excels in creating impactful narratives, promoting brand identity, and managing external relations within a global hospitality setting.
Position Summary:
The PR Manager will work closely with the Digital Marketing and PR teams, led by the Marketing Manager, to develop and implement effective public relations strategies. The focus will be on increasing brand visibility and reputation through innovative PR campaigns, media engagement, and strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is deadline-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about enhancing the hotel's public image.
Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, ensuring positive brand representation through press releases, events, and media coverage.
- Content Development: Craft press releases, media kits, and other PR materials that align with the brand's voice and identity.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute PR campaigns to boost brand awareness, align with social media trends, and engage target audiences effectively.
- Crisis Management: Address and manage potential PR crises, protecting the brand's reputation with timely and strategic communication.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to organize press events, influencer engagements, and media familiarization tours.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align PR initiatives with digital marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with the hotel management and other stakeholders to promote internal news and manage public-facing communications.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in PR or similar roles, preferably within hospitality or luxury industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in media relations, content strategy, and campaign management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging stories and manage sensitive information.
- Familiarity with PR software, social media platforms, and media monitoring tools.
- Experience working with luxury or hospitality brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
General Requirements:
- Based in Noida Corporate Office with a willingness to travel occasionally for media events.
- Portfolio showcasing PR materials and campaigns, preferably within hospitality, is required.
