We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Officer to join our team at CPLSS, DHI Hair Transplant Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, managing referrals, and enhancing our clinic's reputation in the hair transplant industry.
DHI International is the world's largest hair transplant company with a presence in 42 countries. Our patented Direct Hair Implantation technique is the Gold Standard in hair transplants worldwide. In Mumbai, we are committed to providing the highest quality hair restoration services to our clients.
Develop and implement PR strategies to increase brand awareness and reputation
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, beauty clinics, and media outlets
Create and manage a referral program to increase patient inflow
Organize and oversee PR events, such as open days and press conferences
Prepare and distribute press releases, promotional materials, and social media content
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and senior management
Address inquiries from the media and other parties promptly and professionally
Track media coverage and industry trends to inform PR strategies
Manage and resolve PR issues as they arise
- Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role in the healthcare or cosmetic industry
Strong network of contacts in the medical and beauty sectors in Mumbai
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
Experience in managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print)
Ability to work well under pressure and handle crisis situations
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus
