Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Female Public Relations (PR) Manager to join in the hospitality industry. As a PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's image and enhancing our reputation among guests, partners, and the broader community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR plans to promote our hotels, resorts, and hospitality offerings.
The Role

- Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to support the marketing and business objectives of our hospitality properties.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with travel journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets to secure positive media coverage.
- Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and storytelling content to highlight unique aspects of our properties and services.
- Coordinate media visits, press tours, and familiarization trips for journalists and influencers.
- Organize and manage press events, including press conferences, product launches, and media receptions.
- Monitor media coverage and online reviews, responding promptly and effectively to manage hotel brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of PR efforts with overall business goals.
- Oversee the production and distribution of PR materials, including press kits, fact sheets, and media assets.
- Manage PR budgets effectively, tracking expenses and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in PR roles within the hospitality industry, preferably at a managerial level.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives and compelling content.
- Excellent media relations skills and a strong network of contacts in the travel and hospitality media landscape.
- Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in PR tools and platforms for media monitoring, analytics, and social media management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management is highly desirable.
