Job Description:
The PR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company's public relations efforts by managing the coordination of various PR projects, events and initiatives. He/she will work closely with the PR team, as well as other departments, to ensure that communication efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Roles and Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage content for the organization's website, social media(YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other digital channels(Google Page and Google Sheets)
-Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
-Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
-Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists and other influencers.
-Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
-Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
-Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.
-Maintain and update different architectural awards and magazines.
-Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
-Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme).
-Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
-Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
-Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.

-Monitoring and tracking media coverage of the organization or client, and providing regular reports to management.

-Minimum of a bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related filed.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Having knowledge of media relation practices.
-Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of social media strategies.
-Baisc computer skills.
