Psychologist Intern who is passionate about understanding human behavior and harnessing the power of strategic communication to solve complex challenges.
As an intern with us, you'll have to work closely with our engineering, marketing and sales teams, customers, and vendors, playing a pivotal role in interpreting and addressing their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of human behavior, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Your primary role will be to design a communication strategy and related artifacts for marketing and sales teams, customers, and vendors by leveraging techniques like NLP and more. Your insights will be key to frictionless communications, fostering smooth operations, and successful negotiations, to make a real impact in a dynamic startup environment.

- Mind Reading & Analysis: Understand the psychological dynamics of customers, marketing and sales teams, and vendors to anticipate needs, concerns, and motivations.
Marketing and Sales: Using techniques like NLP, design engaging content for sales and marketing as well as end users.
- Strategic interventions: Create strategies to promote sales and ensure brand recall.
- Negotiation: Utilize psychological insights to negotiate deals with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve internal and external issues, mediating between parties and finding solutions that align with company goals.
Support & Guidance
: Provide psychological support to team members, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their performance.: Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance team cohesion and optimize vendor relationships.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of human behavior and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
- Experience or interest in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus.
- Internship completion Certificate.
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
