Job Description-

Mental Health Professionals / Psychologist

Mode- Hybrid

Qualification - Graduation in Psychology and Masters in Psychology are must.

Profile:

It's a full-time position

Position: EAP Services and Training Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ForeverFree EAP helpline and chat support services

Lead Position Champs Training program

Oversee WeTeam 24/7 Helpline & Chatline operations

Conduct counseling sessions and group therapy

Manage client relationships and reporting

Engage and support Employee Providers (EPs)

Schedules training session monthly once for different topic for psychologist on panel

and community.

Specific Duties:

Ensure prompt response times for client emails and helpline services

Conduct monthly reviews with founders on performance metrics

Lead group therapy sessions and individual counseling

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports

Organize and facilitate EP training and peer engagement activities

Manage grievances and EP onboarding processes

Participate in and lead internal training programs

Performance Metrics:

Maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for services

Meet targets for user growth and engagement rates

Achieve counseling session targets (720 annually)

Ensure timely reporting and analysis submissions

Maintain high client retention rates

Required Skills:

Strong clinical background in counseling or psychology

Excellent leadership and training facilitation skills

Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information:

Position may require rotational shifts, including night shifts

Commitment to self-care and promoting team well-being

Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

Pay: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
