Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Freelance Psychologist to join our team in Bangalore. As a Freelance Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapeutic services to clients, utilizing your expertise in various psychological approaches and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, depending on the client's needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals within NPPD Care to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- A master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid license to practice as a psychologist in Bangalore.
- Proven experience in providing counseling and therapy to individuals with diverse psychological needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for remote counseling sessions, if necessary.
