We're looking for a psychologist to join our team in Chennai and help us develop and implement our #positivity educational programs.

Though previously the response for this ad was phenomenal, as we wanted orientation towards business and management, we were unable to respond to many Psychologists.

Masters in Psychology with 1 or 2 Years Experience (+) Passion towards Business Development

This is a full-time, in-office position. We do not offer remote work options.

In this role, you will:

• Work with our team to develop and implement educational programs that are both effective and engaging
• Use your business development skills to identify and secure partnerships with schools globally
• Use social media by self and through freelancers to promote our programs and reach a wider audience
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in education, technology and psychology
• Contribute to the development of management strategies for the team

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology
• 1 or 2 or more years of experience in education or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education and making a difference in the world
• Orientation towards management roles
• Capability to deliver training programs
