As a Psychiatric Social Worker, your responsibilities include:

1. Implementing treatment plans as recommended by the clinical team.

2. Scheduling, managing therapy sessions and program activities.

3. Conducting training sessions for the staff

4. Facilitating communication between clients, their families, and the clinical team.

5. Maintaining accurate and current client records.

6. Monitoring and evaluating clinical outcomes.

7. Conducting group therapy sessions.

8. Managing crisis situations and providing immediate support.

9. Working with the families and Psychoeducation.
