Job Title : Key Account Manager

Qualification :Diploma - Mechanical, Electrical

Experience : 15-20 years

Industry :Mining Industry( Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers , Graders Cranes )

Location : Andhra Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Managing a team of Engineers /skilled technicians /Contract persons
• Generate Parts & services Business from Customer as per Potential & Budget set by ZM
• Close coordination with customer key persons and build relationship
• Achieve business Deliverables like machine availability , invoicing , outstanding etc.,
• Mentoring & development of Team members

Preferred Skills:

• Good Leadership qualities
• Good product knowledge & able to guide the engineers
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Should have knowledge on financial transactions
• Knowledge on SAP & ICT tools
