Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PRT SST to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India, with a strong passion for teaching young students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to primary students in accordance with the school curriculum
• Assess and evaluate students progress on a regular basis
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide feedback to students and parents on academic progress and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Participate in school events and activities as required
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• 1-6 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
• Strong knowledge of the school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
