Roles and Responsibilities
- CAQH set-up and CAQH re-attestations.
- Facilitation of state licensing and DEA registration.
- Completion & Submission of provider enrollment applications.
- Follow up and check the status of applications with payors.
- Complete appropriate steps for updating and maintaining Provider Enrollment Databases and ensure claims are processed timely and accurately.
- Manage delegated contracts, monthly roster submission, review, and data entry.
- Maintain charge and fee schedule updates.
- Analyze provider contract linkage.
- Also responsible for EDI&EFT setup between billing software and the insurance company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a minimum of 1-year experience in Provider Enrollment
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Office
- Strong clerical skills
- Self-motivated and team player
