Protection Engineer

Description

• We are looking for a Protection Engineer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of power systems protection and should be able to design and implement protection schemes for electrical networks. The candidate should also have experience in working with relay settings, testing, and commissioning of protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement protection schemes for electrical networks.
• Review and analyze system protection requirements.
• Develop relay settings and configurations for protection systems.
• Conduct protection system testing and commissioning.
• Provide technical support to project teams and clients.
• Perform fault analysis and protection coordination studies.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma / Later Entry will not be consider.
• 5-9 years of experience in power systems protection.
• Strong understanding of power system protection principles and practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing protection schemes for electrical networks.
• Experience with relay settings, testing, and commissioning of protection systems.
• Knowledge of protection coordination and fault analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
