Full Time Employee Employment Location - Hyderabad Job Description The Technical Proposal Manager for Condition Monitoring of Electrical Assets will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for condition monitoring of various electrical assets, and creating comprehensive proposals that meet the specific requirements of customers. The role requires a deep technical understanding of transformer monitoring systems, partial discharge monitoring, SF6 monitoring, GIS condition monitoring, IoT technologies, and network communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, Modbus TCP/IP. Additionally, the Technical Proposal Manager should have an understanding of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) to create proposals for new or existing clients. The goal is to provide customers with the best possible solutions to meet their needs while keeping technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness in mind Roles & Responsibility
Develop technical solutions for monitoring electrical assets such as transformers, switchgear, GIS, AIS.
Create technical proposals for end-to-end solutions for monitoring electrical assets.
Review and analyze customer specifications and requirements to ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information required for proposal
Ensure that technical proposals are both technically feasible and cost-effective, while also development. meeting the customer's needs.
Present technical proposals to clients and stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.
Possess a good understanding of the Zoho CRM system to enhance customer relationship management.
Have a good understanding of network communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, ModBus TCP/IP to develop effective technical solutions for monitoring electrical assets.
Conduct handover calls to the project team post-review of the purchase order.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to monitoring electrical assets. Requirements
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in technical proposal development for condition monitoring of electrical assets
Knowledge of transformer monitoring systems, partial discharge monitoring, SF6 monitoring, GIS condition monitoring, IoT technologies, and network communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, ModBus TCP/IP
Understanding of Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Knowledge about software enterprise applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite. Eligibility
