GMM Pfaudler is looking for Lead Estimation and Proposal having degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience between 12 - 16 yrs (3+years experience in similar industry).
- Able to analyze and understand the technical requirements / documents from client during bidding stage.
- Knowledge of ASME Section VIII Division 1 codes, TEMA, API, and other industry accepted standards.
- Hands on Experience in estimation of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, towers, reactors, is preferred.
- Hands on experience in preparing technical offers based on client specifications also responsible for timely addressing of all TQ points.
- Strong mechanical, technical capability, analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills, Able to micro plan the allocated work.
- Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against timeline.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, and fluently with micro excel. Knowledge and operating of PV ELITE software will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of welding, cutting, machining, painting, and general fabrication practices.
- Good communication and mathematical skills.
- Team-oriented, attention to detail and well-organized and able to perform under pressure.
- Ability to analyze and apply technical specifications and industry standards to accurately determine requirements.
