Job Summary
We are looking for Assistant Manager/Manager Proposals who will be responsible for preparing the proposals for ETS software products and services for mid-stream Oil & Gas Industry by analyzing RFQ & Customer requirements. The role seeks preparation of optimum Solution & Techno commercial Proposal, Meeting deadlines for the proposal submissions. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Knowledge of complete Tender & Proposal Process.
- Understand the RFQ/RFP received, analyse the requirements.
- Understand the tender documents thoroughly including technical, financial, legal requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders like sales team, engineering & operations, product managers to analyse the requirement, prepare delivery plan.
- Take complete ownership for proposal from first draft to the package delivery to sales team
- Collaborate with required stakeholders on estimations for software licenses, maintenances, and execution services.
- Prepare various tender forms, documents, compose PTR
- Able to analyze customer requirements and gauge right product offering.
- Knowledge on solution offering & other automation interfaces.
- Decipher the enquiry and highlight the advantageous points and the loading points to sales and can prepare & T Qs.
- Prepare optimum techno-commercial offer to meet the deadlines.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Knowledge of software applications in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, refining and process industries
- Work as an individual contributor and collaborate with internal stake holders.
- Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to deliver as expected whilst dealing with ambiguity and lack of available information.
- Thorough knowledge of tender & proposal process, automation industry knowledge, Oil & Gas industry is added advantage.
- Good Communication skills
- Expert level skill in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Ppt, Visio
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- 5 -7 years of experience in proposals
