Overview
GrowAppWithMe is seeking experienced and skilled Laravel, Flutter, and Android Studio (Java) developers for a monthly-based hiring arrangement. The selected developers will be responsible for creating and maintaining applications with admin panels, working on website-related tasks, and adding new functionalities as needed.

Project Requirements
Frontend Development (Flutter)
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications.
- Implement new functionalities based on project requirements.
- Provide support for existing applications and resolve any issues.
Backend Development (Laravel)
- Develop and maintain backend services using Laravel.
- Create and manage databases and ensure seamless data flow.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate APIs.
- Add new functionalities and improve existing features as required.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
Mobile App Development (Android Studio - Java)
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Android Studio with Java.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
- Implement new functionalities based on project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing applications.
- Collaborate with the backend team to integrate APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
Laravel Developer
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Flutter Developer
- Proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
- Experience with mobile app development for both Android and iOS.
- Understanding of state management solutions like Provider or Bloc.
- Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Android Studio (Java) Developer
- Proficiency in Java and Android Studio.
- Experience with mobile app development for Android.
- Strong understanding of Android SDK and different versions of Android.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
