Job Description
Education and Experience Required :
B.tech Instrumentation with 2-4 years experience in any reputed companies handling proposals.
Knowledge in field instruments, analysers and control instruments is recommended. One or two years experience in commissioning / field is recommended. Anyone from YIL other department having necessary background also can be considered
Skills and Competency :
Technical knowledge of products (Field Instruments / control products / Analysers).
Should be capable of reviewing tender documents, understand and prepare optimum techno commercial offers.
Accuracy in pricing and offers
Skillsets in Microsoft office is mandatory
Job Role :
Will be supporting the regional sales team with techno commercial offer and price support for MRO requirements of field Instruments/CIBD and Analyser products.
Engage customer for any clarity in the requirement, reply to their TQ, follow up submitted offers, discuss commercially if required for smaller cases and ensure proper hand over of the job documents in time to operations for further processing
Key Responsibilities :
1. Timely Support to regions Technically for all Field Instruments , control instruments and Analyser products
2. Offer preparation and TQ response
3. Monitoring of prices, calibration and analysis
4. Cost working
5. Interact with customers, follow up submitted offers and close commercially as required
6. Hand over documents to operations on receipt of order
7. Support internal proposal teams in regions for MRO offers
