- Position: Proposal Engineer
Diploma / degree in Instrumentation, Electronics and E&TC but with requisite experience. Should have passed School & College with 1st class- Candidate is required to manage all engineering work of our fluid control group which involves sizing, selection, calculation, drawings, quotations, proposals, tenders, e-tenders, Internal order processing, co-ordination and MIS reporting and organization.
The candidate will after learning the technical aspects of the products be involved in offering technical support to customers and doing sizing and quotations and costing for the generation of proposals He will be required to quickly develop product knowledge, he will have to co-ordinate with our sales team and customer support to ensure customer quotations and visit reports get fulfilled from an engineering standpoint.
- Most importantly he will responsible for all proposals and making drawings where needed and costing etc. to give suitable bids after understanding the technical requirements and completing the sizing.
Candidate will have to have high level of product and system knowledge. He Must be a smart Engineer.- He must have very good ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS, candidates only fluent in Marathi are to be avoided.
We are looking for candidates primarily with experience in Engineering and Sizing of fluid control products like pressure regulators, fittings, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, transmitters etc.- He should have worked in a similar company before and handled the sizing and selection of fluid control products.
Understanding of gases in general and material like soft goods and material compatibility will be an added advantage. People from small time dealers to be avoided. Experience specific to fluid control products is required.

He must be very clear that he wants to make a career in engineering function , there should be no other type of ambitions like going middle east, software, own business etc. He must be medically fit and ready to travel if needed on occasion.- He must declare in advance any courses or school he is attending and he should be needy for a long term opportunity.
