Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves creating visually appealing and brand-compliant designs for our presales bids, packaging proposals, and assisting with last-minute changes and tweaks for client presentations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of brand guidelines, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Position: Designer - Sales Support

Location: Mumbai/ Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

Create and develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Ensure all designs are consistent with upGrad's brand guidelines and standards.

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs/content.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our sales materials.

Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future needs.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Work experience in Graphic Design/ Proposal Design and similar roles.

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc).

Given the content, should be able to conceptualize and produce designs and presentations representing the idea.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
