Job Summary
The Strategy & Performance Team are responsible for leading, developing and implementing the strategic plans across Group Property together with capturing, reporting, and improving the wider team's performance. This role is crucial in providing the detailed support to ensure all our services are delivered in an efficient and compliant manner whilst ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed.
Accountabilities
- Manage all risk and audit activities in Group Property. Manage all S6 and S10 activities across Group Property
- Ensure Group Property standards and processes are maintained to be relevant and effective.
- Co-ordinate Group Property functional teams risk management, reporting Group Property key risks and escalating accordingly.
- Act as SME for all business continuity activities. Support Capability Manager on ad-hoc projects
- Act as super user for all software systems within areas of responsibility.
- Ensure all relevant processes are clear, simple and documented, Undertake process adherence and benefits realisation audits as necessary.
- Liaise with GSART team and be the business continuity facilitator for Group Property
- Create, develop, and ensure compliance with all relevant processes and policies within areas of responsibility. Contribute to an open, creative and collaborative culture.
Key Experience/Behaviours
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated relevant experience. Experience in delivering change / improvement projects.
- Excellent skills in presenting & communicating complex subjects to non-specialists at all levels.
- Enquiring logical approach with attention to detail
- Pro-active self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Well-developed customer and relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing at all levels.
- Has a company-wide outlook with passion to deliver lean efficient solutions and processes.
- Excellent IT skills. Excellent spoken and written English.
